The University of Central Florida Center for Emerging Media (CEM) is located in downtown Orlando and is home to a diverse group of teachers, learners and industry professionals collaborating in a creative environment that emphasizes high-production values, cutting-edge technologies and time-tested production techniques. The Center supports many upper-level undergraduate and graduate programs in film, digital media, video game development, art and architecture. The facility also features one of the largest motion-capture studios on the East Coast, an adjacent sound stage, production offices and editing suites. Collectively known as Studio 500 -- a play on the building’s 500 W. Livingston St. location -- these production facilities have attracted a steady stream of entertainment companies from around the world and annually host about 10-15 UCF student film shoots. ==Departments== The Center for Emerging Media houses eight separate departments: * Citi-Lab Orlando〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Citi-Lab Orlando : University of Florida School of Architecture )〕 * Center for Research in Education, Arts, Technology and Entertainment (CREATE)〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=() CREATE >> Center for Research in Education, Arts, Technology + Entertainment )〕 * Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy (FIEA)〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy )〕 * Flying Horse Editions〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Flying Horse Editions )〕 * Studio 500〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=STUDIO 500 @ The Center for Emerging Media )〕 * UCF Film Department's MFA Production Wing〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Film Department at the University of Central Florida )〕 * Vicon House of Moves〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Welcome to House of Moves Motion Capture Studios!
